# SocialBenchly

> SocialBenchly is an iOS app that verifies Instagram influencer authenticity in 30 seconds. It detects fake followers, measures audience engagement, predicts campaign ROI, and provides AI-powered recommendations — using a credit-based model with no subscription.

## What it does

SocialBenchly analyzes any public Instagram profile using 12 fraud-detection modules:

1. **Authenticity Score (0–100)** — estimates the percentage of real followers by analyzing engagement rate, comment quality, view-to-like ratio, and posting patterns across the 50 most recent posts.
2. **Audience Temperature** — measures how actively engaged the real audience is (hot = consistent likes/comments/saves; cold = passive followers).
3. **ROI Prediction** — estimates campaign return on investment based on real follower count, engagement rate, and industry benchmarks. Accepts a custom budget to output cost-per-engagement.
4. **Content Performance Score** — rates the quality and consistency of the influencer's content.
5. **Sentiment Analysis** — scans comments to detect positive, neutral, or negative audience sentiment toward the influencer.
6. **Growth Velocity** — tracks follower growth rate and detects suspicious spikes that indicate purchased followers.
7–12. Additional modules covering engagement depth, comment authenticity, posting frequency analysis, audience demographics signals, brand safety indicators, and competitive benchmarking.

## How it works

1. User opens SocialBenchly on iPhone and signs in with Face ID or Touch ID (WebAuthn / Passkeys — no password).
2. User enters an Instagram username and selects one or more analysis modules.
3. SocialBenchly scrapes the public profile data (via Apify), runs the selected algorithms, and generates AI recommendations (via OpenAI).
4. The full analysis report is displayed in under 30 seconds.
5. Credits are deducted on successful analysis initiation.

A basic authenticity check costs 2 credits. A full 6-module analysis costs 7 credits.

## Authentication

SocialBenchly uses WebAuthn (Passkeys). Users sign in with Face ID or Touch ID on iPhone. No passwords are stored.

## Privacy

- Only public Instagram data is analyzed. Private accounts cannot be accessed.
- Raw scrape data is cached for up to 24 hours, then discarded.
- No user data is sold to third parties.
- User accounts and analysis history are stored in Firebase Firestore (Google), encrypted at rest.
